The Jerez Festival postpones its 25th edition to May International restrictions caused by the Covid 19 make it difficult to hold the contest in February The 25th edition of the Jerez Festival, a contest dedicated to flamenco dance and Spanish, will take place between May 6 and 22, 2021. This postponement is due to international restrictions – caused by the outbreaks of Covid 19- that make it difficult to hold the sample between February 19 and March 9, as planned. Given the international vocation of the Jerez Festival, the recent rebound in the pandemic -especially in Europe-, the mobility restrictions, the obligation to carry out tests to detect the virus at airports or even the obligation to be confined on the return trip, they put the presence of this foreign audience, both to the wide range of shows and dance courses and workshops in their training area.
