Here’s a wonderful documentary about flamenco life in Jerez. The film is centered around the jerezano guitarist Moraíto Chico (1955-2011) and it was released shortly after he died:

I luckily saw Moraíto a couple of times. The first time with his usual cantaor José Mercé (also from Jerez) in Nerja in 2004 and the last time at his last appearance in the Sevilla Bienal in 2010 together with the bailaor from Jerez Joaquin Grilo. Both times were unforgettable and rank among my top ten flamenco nights. This gives you an idea of the Moraíto/Grilo act. Just the two of them on stage for some 15 minutes: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xRulzF5KVho
