When Antón Álvarez—C. Tangana—meets Yerai Cortés, he becomes completely fascinated by his talent and intrigued by his family history. Yerai is an unusual figure within the world of flamenco, respected as much by the most traditionalist Gypsies as by the avant-garde artists of the new wave of which he is a part. They decide to embark on a journey together to record an album—a work in which the songs are marked by profound sorrow, and where the artistic process itself forces Yerai to confront his past and compels him to explore a family secret, through which he seeks to redeem his relationship with his parents. The result is a film that crafts a unique musical experience, immersing us in a story of passion, love, and forgiveness.

Cuando Antón Álvarez, C.Tangana, conoce a Yerai Cortés se queda completamente fascinado con su talento e intrigado por su historia familiar. Yerai es una figura inusual dentro del flamenco; tan respetado por los gitanos más tradicionalistas como por los artistas vanguardistas de la nueva ola de la que él forma parte. Deciden emprender un viaje juntos para grabar un disco en el que las canciones vienen marcadas por una gran pena, donde el propio proceso artístico lo enfrenta con su pasado y lo empuja a explorar un secreto familiar a través del cual trata de redimir la relación con sus padres. El resultado es una película que desarrolla una experiencia musical única para sumergirnos en una historia de pasión, amor y perdón.
