The internationally renowned Spanish dancer, Joaquín Cortés (web), arrives in the United States with his show, “Esencia”. The show consists of a series of pieces representing different styles of flamenco, such as soleá, bulería, alegría, and farruca. Cortés is joined by a cast of 30 artists, including dancers, musicians, and singers.
