Flamencos y Mestizos in the Ciudad de Úbeda, a program led by Paco Ortega to give a window to the newest flamenco proposals. Expressions ranging from the purest flamenco, to the most exposed, to mestizoje. A festival that shows that Flamenco – like Ubeda – is also a World Heritage Site.
