A top 10 show at the largest art festival in the world (the Edinburgh Festival Fringe) and a Latin Grammy nominee, América Viva! is a dance and music spectacular that celebrates the mestizaje of the Americas. Surrounded by stunning video projections, 30 dancers, musicians and singers depict how a mestizo soul was born in the Americas out of a mixture of Spanish, African and Indigenous cultures.
The event is produced by América Viva Alliance (AVA) with the generous support of Loud and Live, a global leader in entertainment, marketing and content. AVA is a 501c3 nonprofit organization based in Miami that brings together other nonprofit organizations under a message of cultural diversity.
At AVA, we believe that “mestizaje” means “inclusion,” and “inclusion” means “solidarity.” Inspired by the multiculturalism of the Americas, AVA materializes top-class artistic events that reflect such diversity for the benefit of the most disadvantaged children of the Americas.
